WHITEHORSE police joined forces with the Sheriff’s Office on roadside drug and alcohol checks on Whitehorse Road on February 3.
Twelve motorists were given infringement notices for outstanding fines and ordered to pay within seven days.
Police also charged 10 people with driving without a licence, and two drivers with driving an unregistered vehicle. Police warned residents to pay outstanding fines or risk penalties.
